To maintain uninterrupted marketing campaigns and ensure Google Ads and Meta budgets remain active on your behalf, Shopnearby operates under a strict payment policy.

1. Subscription Fee & Inclusion

     

      • Monthly Fee: R1,500 per month.

      • Inclusions: Includes campaign management,  and dedicated Google Ads and Meta platform advertising budgets. 

    2. Billing Cycle & Payment Dates

       

        • Preferred Payment Date: 25th of every month. Paying on or before the 25th ensures seamless ad allocation for the upcoming month.

        • Final Payment Deadline: 1st of every month.

      3. Third-Party Media Allocations Because your subscription directly funds external Google Ads and Meta ad spend, late payments impact active platform budgets immediately.

      4. Late Payments & Account Deactivation

         

          • If full payment is not received by the 1st of the month, your Shopnearby account and associated Google and Meta advertising campaigns will be deactivated automatically.

          • Campaigns will remain paused until the outstanding balance is settled in full.

          • Shopnearby is not responsible for loss of ad impressions, lead flow, or campaign performance momentum caused by late-payment account suspensions.
